Where is Frazier Park?
Jeff and I ((formerly)) live(d) in Frazier Park, up in the Grapevine area,, about an hour north from my teaching locations in Glendale/La Crescenta and a little farther than that to my other greater Los Angeles teaching locations. I don't typically teach in Frazier park, why live Frazier Park? At 5000 feet it is cold enough to have a little snow in winter. Its about 10-15 degrees cooler than Los Angeles in the summer, the village is surrounded by great hiking in the National Forest, and it is only a few miles on a good road to Rte 5. Also we can rent a 2 bed 2 bathhouse with an oversized garage for about the cost of 1 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles. It is also pretty convenient for going up to San Francisco.
