How to send distance Reiki with one hand, and letters and ideas on how to send reiki to ongoing situations.

Also in addition to the Reiki 1&2 classes at Santa Monica college, I am doing my first Reiki Master class in Santa Monica at the Travelodge hotel.

The move is done. It is still hard to be. We are now living on Hope Street! Most of our extra stuff ended up in storage. Yard Sales are definitely in our future, but our new little place feels really good, and I am happy to be there.

We are setting up a healing room in our new place. We do have a cat and dog, and it is a little 'cozy' spacewise, but it is very nice. I love being 1/2 block from the Metro Goldline, so that is a great way to get here.

Long before I had know we would move, I had scheduled 3 weekends back to back in the Bay area, so I have been teaching up there, then came back here midweek. Now a friend wants me to come up to her house for a party. I am kind of tired of driving!

One Handed Distance Healing

Sometimes it is useful to be able to do distance healing discreetly. You are in an airport, a coffee shop, a mall, or schoolroom, and putting symbols around just isn't an option.

1. Curl your fingers over your palm so that your fingertips about 1-2 inches from the center of your hand.
2. Silently say the name of the Power Symbol (or Usui master symbol if you know it) 3 times, intending that energy be in your palm. You may feel a slight increase in heat, vibration or pressure. It may help to say it slowly, imagining the energy building, or to physically raise your hands up to your lips or 3rd eye, before speaking the name.
3. Silently say the name of the distance healing symbol to yourself 3 times, intending that energy be in your palm. You may feel an increase in awarenes of your palm. Once again saying the name slowly, or raising your hands to your lips or 3rd eye may be helpful
4. Silently repeat the name of the person or situation you want to send healing energy three times, though some times it seems to feel as it it works better if i continue to repeat the name periodically.
5. When complete, stretch your fingers, and release the person or situation's energy

Sending Reiki to Ongoing Situations

When sending Reiki we tend to send to a particular event or period of time. There is a natural tendency to send Reiki to when an event happened in the past, or to send to the person in the present. For many things this works great, but for things, a more constant approach can be helpful. The letters this month need more than just a one shot approach. Developmental problems such as Hailey and Adyita's take continual energy to keep moving. Problems such as Child labor can also not be fixed in a day. Please consider sending Reiki into this situation as well, as well as contacting Saina if you feel inclined to hel more directlyp.

Approach 1: Situation Time Line

Draw a distance symbol. Say the name of the situation 3 times, and spend a couple of minutes sending to the situation. The situation includes not just the person involved, but also all of the people who are working with that person or people. Think of the situation as the center of a wheel with spokes coming out representing other people and ideas that affect the situation.

Now turn the wheel so that it is vertical. think of it as a vertebrae along a line made up of many wheels strung together like beads on a string. This represents the situation over time.Send Reiki to the situation, not just in the present but back and forth along the time line.

Approach 2: Appointing/Talking to a Guardian

Connect to the person or situation by drawing the distance healing symbol, and saying the name of the person or situation 3 times.

Now if it is the first time you have worked with this subject, you can request a guardian. A guadian is a being that will look after the person or situation full time. Subsequent times you check into the situation youi can send healing and support to the guardian, as well as directly to the person.

To call in a guardian, connect to the person or situation by drawing the distance symbol, and saying the name of the person or situation 3 times. Then raise your hand above and place a divine classified ad, by asking Reiki, (or asking the Univierse, or God or Jesus) to send a being who loves, understands and can help the situation/person. Then add the energy that comes into your hand into the distance symbol where we are working with the situation.

Ask if the guardian needs any extra support or assistance, if it is a complex situation, state that the guardian has hiring authority and can bring in other help as needed. Give the guardian a name, so that you can work with it directly, or if you prefer, you can always just ask to connect to the guardian of the person or situation. Even with a guardian, the guardian will still welcome your help.

Approach 3: Get lots of other people to send to Issue.

It is one of the great secrets of the world. Sometimes we need other people. Many Reiki people make the mistake of trying to do everything themselves, and many, many times that is enough, but if you need additional help, it is out there for the asking. Learn how to ask. There are many networks of distant healers out there, many use Reiki, some use prayer, some may use other energies and techniques. Typically I search on the internet. The more people who send to something the better, cause we all connect into things in different ways, and we are all connected to spirit.

Approach 4: Reiki Healing Grid

A Reiki healing grid is a method of using crystals to transmit and send distance healing energy. It is one of the subjects taught in the Reiki ART/Master class. I also sell crystal lotus grids which are a bit more decorative, and are preprogrammed to send distance healing to your concerns..

Ending Child Labor

Hailey Needs Reiki Help

Hailey is a child many of us have been sending Reiki to since she began to have seizures a couple years ago. I am sorry to say she continues to have health challenges. I got the following heartbreaking email from her family.

Please continue to pray for Hailey as they have removed her from her school. Her seizures have become overbearing for the teacher and staff. Her behavior has been quite impulsive. Even though, she may be fine at my house unfortunately I am not the one who can provide an education for her.
The New medication Depekene that we began on Thursday of this past week seems to make her Extremely hyper. Her Psychiatrist says that we have to give it a good effort for at least a couple of weeks.The pediatrician, Dr. Bhava says that it seems to her that Hailey is now suffering from a psychiatric condition. So, they would like her to be evaluated.

Personally, from her mom's point of view which is quite powerful since I am with Hailey practically 23 hrs a day excluding the hour that we let Hailey go over to see her nanee- is that we have to keep her on the Keppra (which she still is on) because I do NOT want the ugly gran-mal's to come back.But, I do think we need to find the right medicine or therapy to control the anxiety that my poor angel deals with daily that offsets this impulsiveness.

No, do not say that we have to be stricter or that in time it will pass because look at the product of our other two that I have raised and they are great!

I love Hailey more than anyone and I want to give her the best care in the world. Please be supportive as you can not imagine how difficult all this continual treatment has been on us.

Aditya: Baby with possible downs syndrome

This is Sangeeta Aditya' mom. I called at your home phone and left a message. I wanted to let you know about aditya's health as you told me to inform you. For past one week he has been having cough and cold and today i took to him to doctor and he said that he has wheezing problem and he gave nebulizer to him. He is having difficulty having milk due to to breathlessness. Doctor asked me to keep a close eye on his health otherwise if any problem or complication he will be needed to be hospitalized. So i am worried and praying to god. So please consider this problem next time while sending reiki to him. Thanks Jessica and a BIG hug from Aditya.

Increasing Reiki in the World

I would like to see 50% of the world population trained in Reiki by the end of my lifetime. That almost everyone learns a basic amount of Reiki, just like everyone learns to cook, and put on a bandaid, and that more sophicated classes are available for more dedicated students. To this end, I would like you to send Reiki to this dream, this ideal. Yes, I would like to be a big part of getting this going, plus have enough income to support myself, and invest in others, but it is not really about that and never has been. It is really about the dream. And my belief that if you have a dream and it is amazing enough people will help you, and so I am asking for your help.

Electric Shocks when doing Reiki

I am including this letter, cause it is something quite unusual i have not experienced.

’m not sure what to do. I was working on my daughter’s right foot and it wouldn’t clear (it’s swollen and has been hurting a lot), so I was going to do your ‘timeline’ trick. After I’d been working on her Nicole said she had no feeling in her toe. A few seconds later I got electrocuted. No, I don’t mean static. I held my hands because the palms hurt. We freaked, Nicole felt the electricity go through her foot. When I’d went back to her past using timeline, I saw a body sitting in a wooden wheelchair with a woolen blanket on the legs. I felt it was a girl around 13. I scanned the left leg and felt nothing. I scanned the right leg and felt electricity going through the whole thing. I thought it was a really ill leg, so I tried to heal it.  I couldn’t stay, I pulled away in a gasp. The electricity that was running through my hands and the tips of my fingers were unbelievable. My tips of the fingers were numb. I gasped and just stared at my hands, they were pounding and felt like electrical waves were going through them. I was accidently near Nicole’s right foot a few minutes after the incident and I got zapped again. In the evening Nicole and I passed by each other in the hall and some how fingers touched and again we got electrocuted, lightly. My palms ached uncomfortably and I was still shaken. Still by 11pm the next day my hands every once felt electricity leaving them. Nicole felt the same way.

I realize that the time I visited on the timeline was when she was receiving electric shock therapy for her paralyzed legs.

Questions: I thought I would go back to the timeline to the point after the shock therapy and talk to her muscles about the fear and pain – How do I NOT feel the pain?? I also am learning EFT and maybe I can release some things through this.
I noticed that if someone’s spot is really blocked while I’m working on them, I almost vomit. Is that normal??? Can I stop that??
Nicole wants to know is her crystal ball and prism need to be charged by you?
