My Pasadena/Sierra Madre Location
Sierra Madre is a small city of about 11,000 people just east of Pasadena, CA. It has the feel of a small resort town, nestled up against the San Gabriel Mountains. There are many restaurants, several coffee shops, and a number of boutique shops. Many of my students enjoy the area so much, that they plan to come back after the class.
The class location is at a small healing center called Inner Harmony, which is just around the corner from the down town area.
In other parts of the the neighborhood, in early summer, the
jacaranda have beautiful lavender flowers.

Directions to Inner Harmony: - By Metro Light Rail & Bus
Since I now live on the Gold Line, and I had one bad healing
night when my car wouldnt start I made a point of figuring out
how to take public transit to class. Also, worry more about taking
bus or taxi or taxi on the way to the class/event.. On way home,
we can drop you off locally or at Sierra Madre Villa (plan on
leaving class a bit late)
To learn more about where the Metro is in relation to you, go
to. This also works if you are taking AMTRAK

To use the Metro trip planner go here (Inner Harmony address
already entered). Make sure you put in correct day of week.http://www.experiencela.com/td.asp?value1=46%20North%20Los%20Robles%20Avenue%A091101
The Essentials are:
Take the Gold Line to Sierra Madre Villa.
Go to the small Bus depot area on the Ground Floor
Wait for Metro Bus 287 going WEST or SOUTH
Go one stop to the corner of Baldwin & Sierra Madre
Walk a block north on Baldwin (pass Beantown, my favorite Coffee
shop), and take a LEFT on WEST Montecito. (East montecito is
on other side of street, dont be confused)

Pay attention to the DAY you are coming, the schedule varies.

Other hotel OPTIONS
www.Orbitz.com will allow you to do an search of hotels near
the class location for the class dates, and will show you the
current rates for available hotels and distance from the class
address. (above in class directions) Some students like to
come in the night before the class starts and leave the day
after, others like to minimize hotel stays by driving to class
the morning it starts, and leaving for home immediately after
the class is over.
DORM STYLE - ABOUT 1 mile (and big hill) from class, in nature

While many like to have several days free of family responsibilities, others
like to have their families stay in the hotel and go off and do things on their
own during the class day, and meet for dinner at night.
Some like to stay in the cheapest hotel possible, others like to treat themselves
to something 'nice.'
Whatever you decide, keep in mind that being in the class energy all day can
be tiring.
See you soon!
