Sedona Power Retreat 2011
What a great experience!
Friday Night we arrived and did Reiki and Kaurna Reiki Healing Sessions. Was a great way to meet, and get lots of positive healing energy to get the weekend off to a great start. Many people had never experienced Karuna energy, so we did a lot of chanting and toning.
Saturday was our biggest day. We started by doing healing attunements and introductions, then we used Reiki to focus on what we want to achieve by creating Reiki Vision boards. It was the first time I had the chance to lead this workshop, and everyone was so happy. Each person made their own board (mine is below), then we had show and tell and sent energy to each one.
Jeff gave an amazing talk on the Body Speaks, which we recorded. Much of the rest of the retreat has also been recorded. You will
be able to see the rest of it when you come to see this.
Saturday afternoon we went out on the land with Sedona Tour guide Rahelio. It was a great chance to really *Just Be* in Sedona. Lying on the red rocks, exploring the land. We even went to a Buddhist stupa.
Saturday night we had a concert with Robin Miller, below is an excerpt. We did live Reiki sessions to this amazing music. Two of my favorites albums are "In the Company of Angels" and "Trancendence." Robin played excerpts from both.
